Jordan Nadel, co-owner of FalconTechnologies, in Valley Forge, Pennsylvania, supplies software to digitally savvy insurance and financial service companies, providing customized digital forms and enrollment applications. Essential to every insurance or financial document is, of course, a signature: the official authorization making the agreement between carrier and client legal and binding. And as for business, Jordan believes the SignatureGem range has helped Falcon win clients by providing the missing ingredient their software product needs. “The signature capture system has allowed us to create an application which results in a paperless environment for our clients. Without their system, there would be no way to digitally sign, and our clients would still need to print out applications on paper and sign manually,” remarks Jordan. Plus, he adds, getting up-and-running with the equipment was “fairly easy.
