IDSL Product Evaluation Programme

IDSL recognise that some Organisations or Individuals need or want to evaluate products before committing to a larger purchase.
 
IDSL receive many such requests, and have a programme to enable evaluation at a minimum cost to our customers.
 
If you purchase a product from this website, then you may evaluate and then subsequently return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price of the unit minus a small re-stocking fee. This fee is currently £20 (25Euros or 35USD). Products over £250 incur an extra £10 restocking fee. The only thing we ask is that the unit is returned unmarked and undamaged.
