The UK’s police forces are at the sharp end when physically dealing with people taken into custody at police stations.
Part of the paper requirement for the forces is to have the person being dealt with sign to confirm various legal statements. This produces huge amounts of paperwork.
As part of the conversion of all these real-life processes to electronic form, the Police are using Signature Capture pads from IDSL to capture legally binding, forensic quality signatures.
