We all know that Supermarkets represent probably the most aggressive and cost-conscious retailers around. It was no surprise then, when a major European supermarket decided to do away with paper confirmations of credit card, and other transactions, requiring signatures. They plumped for signature capture technology as sold by IDSL. There are now 13,500 installed units across the supermarket chain! This confidence and front-line usage does reflect the robust and resilient nature of our hardware.
